Silver Connections is a company commited to promoting socializing opportunities for single active adults, age 55+. It is a unique and personalized members service dedicated to facilitating connections between adults 55 "and better" by providing local events, various travel opportunities, personal service and a sense of community nourished within the membership.
Don't let the word "SILVER" fool you! Our members range in age from 55 to 75 and all ages in between! All are looking to meet new friends, participate in events and enjoy an active social life!
Forming connections with others can be difficult at any age, but for those 55 and over, it can create unique challenges. If you are widowed or divorced, how do you go about getting out and meeting others like yourself? Socialization and friendship are vital to staying healthy and Silver Connections is aware of the life experiences, circumstances and unique backgrounds each member can share. We are committed to helping those 55+ form meaningful connections with others while engaging in an active social network.
Silver Connections offers numerous local events orchestrated throughout the Triangle (please scroll down to the bottom of this page to see examples of some of our past events!) including dining, museum tours, theater outings, movies, sporting events, Sunday brunch, happy hours, seminars, new member socials.….just to name a few! These activities provide a terrific opportunity to meet like-minded people in a relaxed, pressure-free, safe environment. Along with local events, travel is also an option offered to Silver Connections members.
The wonderful benefit that Silver Connections provides is that with so many events every month...you have a choice! You may pick and choose what fits your finances, preferences and schedule.
Silver Connections is NOT a dating enterprise or a matchmaking service. What Silver Connections does offer is numerous opportunities for single adults to meet others of the same age, socialize, make friends and have fun!
